In general, your order will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed on weekends will not be received until Monday and, therefore, will not be shipped until Tuesday.

While setting up your delivery address, only enter a "Company" name if that address is a place of business. If you are setting up a residential address, please leave the "Company" name blank. The presence of text in the "Company" field can affect the shipping rates.

If you choose FedEx for your delivery service: Please choose "Home Delivery" if you are having your order shipped to a residential address. If having your order delivered to a place of business, please choose "Ground". If the system is not giving you the option of "Home Delivery" when you are trying to ship to a residential address, edit your shipping address and remove anything contained in the /"Company/" box.
